Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the CareConnect Pro app.

You are solely responsible for your actions and interactions with other users.

2. Services Provided

The CareConnect Pro app provides:

• A chat platform to connect users.
• Tools to negotiate payments.
• The ability to arrange and attend in-person visits.

We are not a party to any agreements, payments, or meetings arranged between users.

3. Assumption of Risk

By using the CareConnect Pro app, you acknowledge:

• Meetings in private homes, driveways, or elsewhere carry risks (slips, falls, accidents, violence, assault, theft).
• Travel and transportation arranged through the CareConnect Pro app are at your own risk.
• The CareConnect Pro app does not screen users or guarantee safety.
• You voluntarily assume all risks when interacting with others through the CareConnect Pro app.

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release the CareConnect Pro app, its owners, and affiliates from any liability for:

• Injury, harm, loss, or damage (physical, emotional, financial) resulting from use of the CareConnect App or meetings with other users.

5. Payments

Users are responsible for all payments they negotiate.

The CareConnect Pro app uses a secure payment platform.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the CareConnect Pro app for illegal purposes.
• Harass, harm, or exploit other users.
• Misrepresent yourself or your intentions.
• Accept payment outside of the CareConnect Pro app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

7. Reporting & Blocking

You may report or block other users.

We may take action but do not guarantee resolution.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the CareConnect Pro app and its affiliates against claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the CareConnect Pro app.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for safety concerns.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

11. Acknowledgment

By using the CareConnect Pro, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
